Born on the 28th of January, 1996, in a family that loves art, literature and history. Ellias soon found his taste in literature and especially poetry. He wrote his first limerick when he was 12 years old.

Later on, when he was 14, books like “the peace book“ by Todd Parr, “let there be peace on earth: and let it begin with me“ by Jill Jackson and Sy Miller, and “What does peace feel like?“ by Vladimir Radunsky helped him to get familiar with the essence of peace. Reading poems by Calude Mckay, Wendell Berry and Robert Frost at that age inspired him to start writing poems in a more serious way. Sonnets of Shakespeare were also good sources of inspiration for him. So when he was 16, Ellias wrote a book called “International Poems Collection”. The book got the first provincial place in the most famous competition of inventions in Iran, “Kharazmi”, and the fifth place in the country competition, yet to be the only project of its kind. This book received confirmations from the University of Isfahan and now is being preserved in the ministry of science and research and technology.

The next year, Ellias with the cooperation of two hardworking and creative friends (Hosein Heidari and Hooman Danesh), wrote another poetry book called „A Path to Salvation“. This book also won Kharazmi awards. His Excellency, Dr. Zarif, wrote a thanks letter for Ellias for the book since it includes some nice and extraordinary elements of literature, humanity, peace and international relations.

In 2015, he was the only Asian representative in the second anniversary of Mandela, in Johannesburg, and it was after this event that he published the book “Peace Poems” which was confirmed by the archive center of the aforementioned institute. Before his trip, during a personal meeting with the South Africa minister of art and culture, his projects were praised and he was given the Robben Island Treasure-icon in advance. Returned to Iran, he was invited to give a lecture on the Mandela and their project in the United Nation, Iranian Branch in Tehran with the presence of the Iranian minister of art and culture and other officials.

Later on, he and Paul Amrod collaborated on the longest modern epic in the history of English literature called „Adventures of two captains, volume one”. The book has been published by the most credible publishing house in Iran named Janagl Javidan. They are currently working on the second volume and even write an opera based on the series.

In different societies, different models of crisis management are used to deal with the crisis, which is completely influenced by the political system that governs these societies. With the widespread prevalence of the Corona virus, different views have been propounded about the capabilities of different political systems, which are still the subject of debates. The fundamental question that has been raised and examined in this context is how the crisis management in authoritarian socialist countries can be evaluated in comparison with liberal countries? The present research is a descriptive-analytical and the mentioned question has been investigated using the library method. The results of the study indicate that it is not simply possible to distinguish between crisis management of democratic states and authoritarian regimes. Liberal democracies, however, mainly try to use a community-based approach to deal with crises. These systems try to manage crises while paying attention to economic well-being and respecting citizens' rights, but the widespread outbreak of Corona has shown that in many cases liberal democracies have not acted fairly and the working classes are still forced to work in order to turn the wheel of their countries' economy. Of course, the socialist approach of these governments in supporting different classes of people is worth considering. In general, liberal democracies have not been as successful as they should have been in dealing with the Corona virus crisis. On the other hand, although authoritarian socialist regimes such as China were able to control the crisis of the Corona outbreak, they still have been criticized for lack of respect for individual rights, absence of strong protectionist policies, and police actions. However, European liberal democracies, including Italy, France and Spain, have chosen the difficult solution of global quarantine like the world's largest authoritarian powers, such as China, that puts it to action.

Life is too short for not falling in love, for not travelling and for not finding people whose presence shines unto your life like a big round glamorous star.

The modern life and its complexities have put us all in strange dilemmas, the exposure to the concept of the images and virtual world is one of the aspects of this modern life with vast and unlimited effects; it might seem hard to adumbrate all the negative outcomes of such exposures but the lack of trust or the feeling of dissatisfaction can be named as two major side effects.

Numerous emotional relations and lack of goal can lead to the feeling of insecurity; this can lead someone to the edge of mental problems like trust issues or so, the feeling of dissatisfaction comes from the fake exposures which have been injected to our bodies and souls by different social medias and apps, the pictures play tricks on our minds and we find every single person on such platforms to be affluent both in their relations and lives, but the facts and truth are technically being concealed.

Living in metropolitan cities may also add to the aforementioned problems, the pace and lack of social cohesion could surely make the inhabitants live like wanderer comets. In this short poetry book, “Let’s Die Somewhere Pretty: New York Winter Poetry Trilogy“, I have done my best to create a cozy atmosphere and remind the readers of the beauty of a simpler life where people are truly supportive, kind and caring.

Enjoy the cold winter of New York while drinking a hot cappuccino and reading this rhythmic book!

Adventures of Two Captains

tredition

We, the authors, Paul Amrod and Ellias Aghili are poets that have a similar vision. This vision is reflected in this poem we have created hoping for the periods in time where mankind was enlightened and truly democratic would return for the benefit of all. The two main characters of this poem are two astronauts that are called Captains. Therefore the title “Adventures of Two Captains” was chosen. Billy Meier, the Swiss proponent of communication with extraterrestrials, has collected the philosophy of the Pleaidians who are sending us thought waves through meditation. A female Semjase, who transmits these thoughts, is the name of Billy’s counterpart. This inspired the poets to constantly have conversation with the Pleaidians who care deeply about our success as a relatively new race of beings that have the capability of spiritual ascension.

This exciting project was begun in February of 2016 as a young Persian poet decided to ask a

somewhat older Lebanese-American to collaborate with him on a science fiction adventure poem.

Ellias Aghili with Paul Amrod then began the poem by exchanging five to seven stanzas as verses and

sent Emails from Persia to Germany back and forth and have developed a poem of five chapters

embracing a truly imaginative travel through space on a ship called Black Star in the name

of light against darkness to eventually reach a far off place called Ysá Land. The two Captains are

Orion and the younger protégé Captain A.

Paul engaged himself with a KGB film about extraterrestrials and used named and incidents

which may or may not have occurred. It was an exciting good resource for ideas.

We reached an amazing Five Chapters with 20 Verses a piece describing an incredible exposition through two parallel universes to eventually reach the coveted timeless land of Ysá.

The present book examines the national security strategies of the presidents of the United States of America after World War II. The main question that has been asked in this regard is what approaches have these national security strategies had after the World War II? The present project is an analytical descriptive study done through interviews and library sources. Research shows that each of the American presidents had a national strategy in the aftermath of World War II, and in the post-World War II period, the US National Security Strategy has always had a global approach.

Among the ethnic groups, the poorest one in the USA is American Indians. Some of the realities and problems of American Indians include lower opportunities for education, a high rate of unemployment, homelessness, issues of permanent residency, psychological problems, geographic isolation, and drug abuse. For instance, 27% of American Indian households are below the poverty level, while it is about 11.6% among whites in the world. In addition, American Indians tolerate more violent crime compared to other ethnic groups in the United States. They are subject to such crimes like murder, aggression, gang violence, human and drug trafficking, and illegal migration through tribal lands. They also experience the highest rate of imprisonment in the USA. The Indians also face a lack of respectfulness to their culture from other ethnic groups, specifically from the whites.

Such cultural incompetency or lack of cultural respect is partly originated from racial discrimination that is imposed on American Indians. Using discrimination theory, we can understand the relation between racial discrimination and the social challenges faced by American Indians. If Native Americans retrieve their cultural competences, the challenges they face can be mitigated.

We have done our best to present some feasible results in order to solidify our problem and subject matter using mass surveys which have been done previously by Mary G Findling, Logan S. Casey, Stephanie A. Fryberg, Steven Hafner, Robert J. Blendon, John M. Benson, Justin M. Sayde, and Carolyn Miller from the universities of Harvard, Michigan and North Texas.

It is bordered by the Black Sea and the Aegean Sea in the east, the Adriatic Sea and the Greek Sea in the west, the Mediterranean Sea in the south, and by the Dinaric Alps and Transylvanian Alps in the north. The Balkans comprise the areas of Greece, Albania, Bulgaria, Kosovo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Slovenia, Republic of Northern Macedonia, Serbia, Montenegro, Romania, Turkey (the European part). Its total area is 728,000 km2 and the population is about 60, 00,000. The region takes its name from the Balkan Mountains that are extended from central Bulgaria to the eastern region of Serbia.

The great importance of this region in terms of geopolitical, geo-economic, and geostrategic issues has resulted in the regional and supra-regional great powers being interested in this part of Europe and they are making efforts to make an influence in the region in a way that enjoy the interests of this area.

The Islamic Republic of Iran, due to the history of relations with the Balkans, is trying to make an influence in the region and establish a position for itself. The United States (US) as its traditional rival, however, has made efforts to apply its influence in the countries located in the region and prevent the establishment of relations between the Balkan countries and the Islamic Republic of Iran. At the same time, the US is making use of its prominent foreign policy tool (i.e. sanctions) to avert the Islamic Republic of Iran's influence in the Balkans as well as preventing the cooperation between the Balkans with the Islamic Republic of Iran.

Thereby, in this book, we discuss the economic, political, and cultural relations of the Islamic Republic of Iran with the Balkan countries, in addition, we address the effects of U.S. sanctions on the economic, political, and cultural relations of the countries located in this region with the Islamic Republic of Iran.

Generally, four approaches to US foreign policy can be explained. According to the tradition of Jackson-ism, the United States, as the dominant power, provides global leadership to stabilize the political order and regulate the international economic system, and to prevent the emergence of a dominant power in order to maintain the balance of global power. According to the tradition of Hamiltonianism, the United States avoids thorny external obligations that harm its economy, society, and system of government. St. Wilsonian believes that the United States should support foreign freedom by expanding free markets, democracy, human rights, and national autonomy. The present study examines the Wilsonian approach concerning US foreign policy.
