Most church dogmas often targets the wounded, rejecting the very ones who need Christ's healing touch, thereby further complicating the pain and rejection of these wounded ones. Though we are not trying to encourage frivolous marriage dissolution, but instead this book deals with the issues of divorce and remarriage from a biblical perspective--looking below the surface of what some have SAID the Bible teaches--to understand the obvious intent of Scriptural passages which deal with these issues. So join me on this journey that will guarantee you inner healing. We tried to look at this issue from different dispensational views to understand what the Bible really.

But this time, instead of binging on biscuits, ask yourself: ‘What will that do for me?’ If the answer is something like ‘It gives me a treat,’ ask yourself: ‘And if I have this treat, what does that do for me?; Again, wait for your answer, it may be something like, ‘If I have this treat then I will feel appreciated.’ If this is your response carry on and ask yourself: ‘If I get to feel appreciated, what does that do for me?’ Listen for an answer and keep asking yourself the same question, until you can go no further with your responses. What you’re looking for is the higher motivation behind the behaviour ‘eating too many biscuits’. By doing this on a regular basis you will get in touch with what you really want and take your first step to controlling the food cravings. This book will guide you to total recovery. One interesting and very realistic discovery is “food combining”. Correctly combining foods makes all the difference in the world to proper digestion, cholesterol and metabolism. Without complete digestion, the nutrients in even the most wholesome food cannot be fully extracted and assimilated by the body.

         

Before we could even say or open our mouth about food combining, we must first be equipped with the basic knowledge about food, its classifications and digestion. We cannot disregard these as they are the fundamental stones of which this was based. Thus in this book we are going to fully explore the concept of food combining.

A study has found that extra pounds we pile on over the festive period will take a depressing three months to shift.

Excessive: The average Briton consumes 2,300 calories in their Christmas lunch alone - that's 115% of a woman's RDA and 92% for a man.

According to research by MSN, for Christmas lunch alone the average Brit feasted on two to three servings, consuming 2,300 calories across one meal. That accounts for 115 per cent of the recommended daily intake for women, and 92 per cent for men - and that's before taking into account the nuts, chocolates and alcohol we consume.

According to the MSN survey, three quarters of those polled admit they over-indulge with abandon at Christmas, knowing they will suffer the consequences later as their waistbands begin to bulge.

Nutritionist Dora Walsh said the key to not putting on weight over Christmas might be to eat slowly. Keep moving over the festive season to prevent too much weight gain. She said: 'You can still enjoy your food at Christmas without going overboard and gaining weight.

"They key is to eat slowly and enjoy what you are eating without over filling, and also stay active over the Christmas period to help burn off any excess calories.

'It's about moderation, which will help avoid the extremes of gorging at Christmas and starving after.

'Any post-Christmas diet plan needs to be sensible and balanced because crash diets don't work and quick fixes won't last.'

Office worker Rachel Taylor told how she knows she will pile on the pounds thanks to festive excess - and that it will be a while before she manages to slim down again.

The 27-year-old, of Southampton, said: 'I like to keep trim but I'm not obsessive and I do make an exception for Christmas.

'Overindulging usually means I put on a few pounds and, because I don't believe in crash diets, it usually takes a month or two for me to lose it all.'

There is one more thing which would make things go by quicker and seem a little simpler. You should get people around you that have the same weight loss goal as you. This way you can lean on one another when one is weak or you can just feed off each other’s positive energy to motivate each other that much more.      

Finally you have your diet plan in front of you; you now have chosen the workout regimen that best suit you and you even have people around you that want the same thing you do.

All you have to do is put it all in place and get ready to rock and roll because in no time you will have want you want.
